I am looking forward to joining together for this epic astrologically potent Winter Solstice.

I believe that every small thing we can do bridge the gap of separation can support us during these times. Let’s gather in a community ritual container to honor and acknowledge the turning of the solar rhythm and come home to ourselves, our bodies and our visions for the new year. 

Let’s anchor into our Body as Temple, Earth as Temple.   

This gathering can be whatever you choose it to be! And I will be holding space for consciously offering up to the fire what we are releasing and calling in the new pattern and seed vibration we are planting for our lives.  The stars and earth cycle are supporting this immensely. 

After some intention setting and sharing, I’ll guide you through an inner alchemy practice + embodied movement for lighting up your energy body, moving through stuck emotions, clearing old negative beliefs and opening your channel to the flow of universal Love and Shakti power.  (For more info about kundalini dance, check the link in the comments)

When we hear the wisdom of the planets and open ourselves to the energies of their dances, we can embody the power of best use of those energies within our lives to make changes, release what is depleting us or come home to our longings.   

I love sharing spiritual and embodiment practices and life skills for “doing the work” – healing, resiliency, and activism.
